Insurance companies discourage taking time to listen and understand the complexity of each patient. They are also selective about what clinical treatments they will cover. This includes specialty tests. Some tests through conventional labs such as Quest or LabCorp; these tests are typically covered at the standard rate for PPO insurance plans. Please contact your insurance plan to determine what your out-of-pocket expense will be for these tests.
